Donations by check will be acknowledged by mail within ten days of receiving the donation. Online receipts will be sent to your e-mail address once the bank processes the payment. The length of time in which to expect the receipt via e-mail may vary on a couple of factors, including whether you made a one-time donation or a recurring donation. But the process is quick and you should expect the receipt within a day or two of your donation.

Empower Orphans does not accept donations in-kind. It is best to donate cash since the freight cost of transporting material goods to India is very high. Empower Orphans would like your donations and efforts to be utilized directly for the orphans rather than freight costs.

All donations made through Empower Orphans are not refundable. However, if for some reason there is an error on your credit card, please contact us at admin@empowerorphans.org, and we will help resolve the problem.

Your Donation History is located in Dashboard, which you can access by logging in using the email address and password you chose during registration.
